Caribbean Music Awards Design Concept 2025

The Caribbean Music Awards is an annual celebration honoring the artists, producers, and creatives shaping Caribbean music across genres such as reggae, dancehall, soca, kompa, and afrobeats. The event brings together international talent and industry leaders for a high-energy night of live performances, cultural pride, and global recognition of Caribbean excellence.
For this production, COACT CREATIVE delivered comprehensive conceptual stage designs and high-fidelity 3D renders, translating the show’s vision into a scalable, broadcast-ready environment. We also developed a detailed pitch deck outlining stage and backstage layouts, clearly notating production positions, FOH control locations, camera angles, and confidence monitor placements to ensure seamless collaboration between lighting, video, broadcast, and stage management teams. The result was a strategically planned show environment designed to support dynamic performances, efficient crew workflow, and optimal audience and broadcast sightlines.
